Versatility is the key ingredient throughout Unicast's foundry operations. Our capabilities include grey and ductile iron work, ranging from ounces to 500 pound castings, with excellent detail and surface finish.
Our Modern 106,000 square foot facility is outfitted with state of the art equipment including:
16" by 20" and 20" by 24" automatic molding machines, a 26" by 32" cope and drag line, jolt squeezer molding and greeen sand floor moolding.
We have a pattern shop that can handle wood, metal and urethane patterns. We can also provide heat-treating, machining, painting, plating and other value added services.
Our unique facility and equipment position Unicast as both an economical short run producer with quick trunaround times, and a cost effectice high volume producer.
