Tim Zeh has a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati as well as an M.B.A.

Tim has over 35 years of experience in the foundry industry, including roles as Process Engineer and Senior Metallurgist at Lynchburg Foundry, as well as Quality Manager, Technical Director, Plant Manager and General Manager at Intermet Corporation. Most recently, he served as Assistant General Manager at Atlantic States Cast Iron Pipe Company.

Tim has extensive experience in both gray and ductile iron metallurgy and has authored several papers, including co-authoring the Electric Melting Chapter of the Iron Castings Handbook. Tim was a Foundry Educational Foundation Scholar, served on the Auburn University Industrial Advisory Board for several years and has been an active leader of the American Foundry Society.

Shankar Subramanain joined the Unicast team in July of 2004.  He has an extensive education consisting of a Bachelors of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering, a Master of Technology in Process Metallurgy, and an MBA in Business Management. 

Shankar previously worked with Lionheart Industries Inc. as the Corporate Technical Director and President of Quaker City Castings.  He was also the Director of Technical Services at Prime Cast Inc. and the Foundry Manager at William Wallbank & Sons.

Matthew Mull Graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.  He worked in the foundry industry for 8 years before coming to Unicast in 2006.  Matthew has a background in process engineering, operations, management and sales.  His previous work experience involved providing low cost sourcing from overseas for the manufacturers at the OEM division of Harlan Global.

James Grew up in Allentown, PA not far from Boyertown.  He Graduated from Penn State University in 2001 with a degree in Accounting.  James was hired onto the Unicast team in October of 2001 as an A/P Clerk.  He was promoted to Assistant to the CFO in 2007 and he became the CFO in January of 2009. 

In his off time, James enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and step daughter Kori, golfing, motorcycles, and his dogs.

Joseph Maynard joined Unicast Company June 21, 2004.  He is responsible for all facilities, maintenance and project work for Unicast Company and any affiliated entities. Joe's last position was with AMTEX, Division of Lear/Hayashi. He also served four years in the U.S. Navy in aviation.  His broad-based educational background ranges from Engineering to Leadership/Management Development.

Joe enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

John Kwiatkowski has been with Unicast since 1986 and he has been in the foundry industry since 1977.  John graduated from Florida Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  With Unicast John has held the positions of Quality Control Manager, Foundry Supervisor, Director of Quality, and now the position of Operations Manager. 

John is married and has three children.

Daniel McKeown has been with Unicast for 20 years and counting.  He was a specialist in the United States Army and he graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Business Administration.  Daniel has been everything from the Shipping Manager and Maintenance Manager to the Coreroom Manager and the Accounts Receivable Clerk.  Daniel is currently our Human Resources / Safety / Environmental Manager.
